CBC Update: Covid Status 2&4-March-2022

A member who played at the club last night (Tuesday 1-March-2022) has tested positive for COVID. The CBC remains open but that does not mean we can guarantee to be COVID-free or that members are safe from catching the virus. Each person needs to assess the risk for themselves and make decisions about their attendance, taking into account their age, health-status and other risks of contracting the virus and possibly becoming very ill. If anyone is in doubt they should discuss this with their doctor or take advice from the Ministry of Health. As before mask-wearing is mandatory and anyone who is a close contact of a COVID case or with any sign of illness is asked to stay away.

Update 4-March-2022

As COVID numbers increase we need to take all due diligence when playing at the club.
Please sanitise hands regularly and wear good quality well-fitted masks at all times.
If you have a drink please do so away from the table or outside if conditions permit.
The bar facilities will still be available after play for those who choose to stay.
