NZB Online Bridge Strategy Consultation
Hi All,
As you will have learned in earlier communications, NZ Bridge is developing an Online Bridge Strategy. As part of the consultation process the NZ Bridge Online Strategy Working Group has asked for submissions from the Bridge community. The game of bridge has had to adapt to the new situation created by COVID. Maintaining a balance between face-to-face club bridge and the increasingly popular online alternative is an issue which NZ Bridge intends to consider in the development of the strategy.
The document accessible at the following link, https://www.nzbridge.co.nz/user/inline/4311/NZB%20Online%20Bridge%20Strategy%20Consultation%202022%20Final.pdf, from NZ Bridge has been sent to all regional committees and clubs asking for input to inform future strategy. It outlines the consultation process and includes the consultation questions. You may contribute to the consultation process by either:
- emailing you response to the Christchurch Bridge Club (office@chchbridge.co.nz) by 17 July 2022, where it will be collated by the committee into a submission from the Christchurch Bridge Club stakeholder group to NZ Bridge; or
- emailing your response directly to NZ Bridge following the instructions in the document.
This will be a significant strategy, your input is important. Please read the NZ Bridge document and provide your feedback. We look forward to receiving your responses on or before 17 July 2022 for collation into the Christchurch Bridge Club submission.
Thank you in advance for your input.
Regards,
Sue Edwards
Club Manager
Christchurch Bridge Club
