Weekly Update 10-November-2021

Booking a Bridge Session: Please read!

Please send bookings as below.

Example:

Mon Aft Smith / Jones

Mon Eve Edwards / Jones

Please make sure only one of the partnership emails the office to book a spot.
Bookings are only made for the current week. Once a session e.g. Monday evening has played, bookings are then open from Tuesday for the following Monday.
If you have booked a spot and then find you are unable to attend that session, please let the office know asap as there are pairs on a waiting list. Email: office@chchbridge.co.nz or phone Sue on 0272577466.

The Committee are concerned that some pairs who have booked a session are failing to turn up to play. This denies other pairs on the waiting-list the opportunity to play, creates phantoms and reduces the clubs income. If you are unable to attend a session because of unforeseen circumstances, please show consideration for your fellow players and notify the office as soon as possible. Email: office@chchbridge.co.nz or phone Sue on 0272577466. Failure to do so may restrict your ability to make bookings.

NZ Wide Pairs:

This event is being held this Friday at 7.20pm at the club. The entry fee has been reduced to $12 as supper is not being provided. Entries close tonight. You can enter on-line at https://www.nzbridge.co.nz/events.html Remember to look down the list and click on the Christchurch event:
