Weekly Update 12/14-September-2023

New Tuesday bridge session: starts at 1.30pm, no partner required.

Table fee $6 until the end of this year. All welcome.

Tournament Results:

Canterbury Regional Pairs

1st: Jane Lennon / Max Morrison

2nd: Shawn Adriel-Ai / Jane Walders (Intermediate players)

3rd: Liz Fitzgerald / Leon Meier

Christchurch Congress: 16 / 17 September. Need spare players on stand-by for the weekend. Please let the office know if you can help.

Also we would like 3 more junior (National ranking junior) to play on Saturday in the teams event. Let the office know if you would like to play.

We are urgently looking for another team to play in the OPEN TEAMS on Saturday. If you would like to play, please email the office. The entry fee is waived if you can volunteer to play.

JUNIOR TEAMS on Saturday. We are looking for another Junior pair to play in a team on Saturday. The entry fee is waived if you can volunteer to play.

Also we are looking for spare players in all grades to come in on short notice in case of sickness over the weekend.

Start time is 10am for all events on Saturday. BYO lunch.
