Weekly Update 15-June-2021

Main Gate Entrance to the Club:

Our vehicle entry gate at the end of Nova Place is being repaired and consequently cannot be used.

Vehicle access (entry and exit) is available through the side gate into the car park. The repairs will take at least one week.

Please drive carefully!

Julian Cup & Senior/Junior Teams:

These are Club member only tournaments which will be held this weekend 19/20 June.

The Julian Cup is sponsored by Westende Jewellers, where a Senior/Senior Reserve player partners an Intermediate or Junior player. Morning tea, catered lunch and after play food is provided.

The following day will be the teams event where a Senior/Senior Reserve pair teams up with an Intermediate or Junior pair. Seniors play seniors and Junior play juniors. BYO Lunch, Morning tea and after play food provided.

We do need more Senior/SR players to partner the Intermediate/Juniors, please let the office know if you can help.

Information on what systems you can play are attached to the event on the Play Bridge/Events & Tournaments page and entry lists can be found on the foyer noticeboard.

Seminar for Senior/Senior Reserve Players will be held on Sunday, June 27.

Bank Cheques:

Due to the banks not processing cheques anymore, they will not be accepted any longer at the club. Payments can be made by Direct Credit, Eftpos or Cash.
