Weekly Update 2-April-2024

Club Senior / Junior Teams tournament will be held on Saturday 13th April starting at 10am.

To compete a Senior or Senior Reserve pair forms a team with a Junior or Intermediate Pair. Christchurch Club Grades will be used.

Enter as a team, or as a pair and we will match you up.

The format of the matches will be: Senior / SR Pair v Senior/ SR Pair and Junior / Int Pair v Junior/ Int Pair.

Improver’s Seminar for Junior & Intermediate players:

Date & Time: Sunday, April 14th at 10am.

Topic: Transfers and Stayman in Depth.

Tutor: Shirley Newton.

Cost: $15

Club Anniversary Pairs will be held on Thursday 25th April starting at 10am.

Entry list is on the foyer noticeboard. This is a club member only handicapped tournament.

Canterbury Interprovincial Trials will be held at the club on Saturday 4th May.

Please note that Intermediate Grade players enter as pairs, and all other divisions enter as Teams of FOUR. If a pair is looking for teammates, please let the canterbury Regional Committee know and they can let them know who else is looking. See foyer noticeboard for further details.

Missing Tablet: A scoring tablet is missing, if anyone knows the whereabouts, please let the office know.
