Likewise, if you are intending to be present at the meeting please register your name with the office. In the unlikely event of more than 100 members wishing to attend, the meeting will be postponed until such time as the current 100 person limit is removed.

Those members who are scheduled to play bridge on the evening of 24 March, but are not attending the AGM, are asked to enter through the door of the Founders' Room and to remain there until such time as the meeting is concluded.
