Weekly Update 28-January-2022

In view of the current OMICRON situation the committee has decided to introduce compulsory mask-wearing from Monday 31 January, a few days before the government mandated date of 4 February. Please follow government guidelines in terms of the type of masks worn.

Apologies are due to players from last Wednesday night for the inaccuracy in the booking system which saw too many people turn up for the session. Thank you to those who graciously went home and also to Neal Phillips for stepping up to help in the office at a time of very high demand.

These are testing times and we will continue to monitor developments closely. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

Reminder: People who are unwell, asked to isolate or waiting for Covid test results are to stay away. Please get your booster shot if you are eligible.

Session Bookings: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday sessions are FULL. Thursday afternoon and Sunday afternoon 1pm sessions – no booking required.

No bookings are taken for the following session until the current session for their grade has been played. Players who are on the wait list will be put into the next session first. Players on the wait list are to confirm that they would like to play.
