Weekly Update 8-September-2022

Congratulations to Pam Tibble & Sue Southen winning the Rangiora Spring Tournament last Tuesday.

Casual Cleaner Wanted for the Christchurch Bridge Club:

We are currently looking for someone who can work from Tuesday October 4th to Friday 7th October and the following week Tuesday 11th October to Friday 14th October. Hours 9am -midday. Could suit a couple of people if everyday didn’t suit or a university student as most of the time we require cover is during the school holidays. Please contact the office if you can help.

Club Working Bee:

Saturday 24th September, the club will be having a working bee from 12.30pm to 3.30pm. Mark this date in your diary.

Tuesday Evening Secretarys’ Plate (Teams event):

This event starts next Tuesday 13th September for three weeks. Please email your entries to the office.

We are hoping to get 10 teams.

Secretary’s Plate: Please email your entries in. Starts next Tuesday for 3 weeks. Only one entry so far….

CHCH Open Teams: Sat 17th Sept. Currently we have 11 teams entered with a pair wanting to make up a team. Brad Johnstone from Dunedin and Mehboob Chiba are looking for team mates. Please email the office if you can help.

Also will require spare players over the weekend in case of ill health.
